My name is Shae Stearns and I am a fourth-year Communications and Journalism student. When I heard about the double degree I immediately knew that was the road I wanted to go down. I have always had a passion for writing and storytelling, but also making an impact in people’s lives. While I think that could be accomplished with just a journalism degree, working in communications will allow me to assist in organizational change. That kind of change can impact a lot of people in many different and exciting ways.

I have included my Media Kit and Communication plan on this site and hope the ideas in them can fuel others to make changes that they want to see in the world.
